SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We ship to all EU countries. Every piece is handmade in our studio in Sweden and sent out within 1 to 5 working days of your order.

Shipping costs depend on your country and are shown at checkout before you pay. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 working days.

Your jewelry comes in an Ateljé Alma gift box, ready to give away.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Before you send anything back, email us at hello@ateljealma.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay for the return shipping. We recommend sending it with tracking, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we refund you within 14 days. The money goes back to the payment method you used.

If you return within 14 days of receiving your order, we refund both the price and the original shipping cost. For returns after 14 days we refund the price of the item.

Exchanges

Want a different size or piece? Email us and we'll help you. Exchanges follow the same steps as a return.

Faulty items

If something is wrong with your jewelry, contact us at hello@ateljealma.com with a photo and your order number. We repair or replace faulty items, or give you a refund. This doesn't affect your legal right to complain about faulty goods.
