Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@ateljealma.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping
You pay for the cost of sending the item back to us. This applies to all returns, including those within the 14 day right of withdrawal. We recommend sending your return with tracking, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Send us a photo and your order number and we'll repair or replace the item, or give you a refund. This doesn't affect your legal right to complain about faulty goods.

Exceptions / non returnable items
Personalized items, such as jewelry made or engraved to your order, cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Want a different size or piece? Email us at hello@ateljealma.com and we'll help you. Exchanges follow the same steps as a return.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you live in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification. If you do, we refund the price of the item and the original shipping cost to you. For returns after 14 days we refund the price of the item only.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process the refund.
